In addition she also oversees Product Planning, Development Cycle and Execution of Projects. She also caters to fostering a culture of Collaboration, Innovation and brings Continuous Improvement.

Vinay Hinge is an accomplished professional with a strong background in the Retail and Distribution Industries. Earlier in his career, Vinay held leadership positions at Raymond and Dmart. He ran operations for 3 start-ups over 7 years, ranging from Ad-tech to IoT-based retail solutions. Vinay holds an engineering degree from Walchand College of Engineering, Sangli followed by MBA from Pune University. He holds professional certifications in Project Management and Risk Management as well.
Vinay authored “Handbook of Retail IT” for The Retailers Association of India and wrote several articles in tech media. He has been a trusted advisor to many CIO’s and Business owners. His views on managing processes and technology in an agile manner have helped many Enterprises increase their throughput significantly.
